My Application in TELEPERFORMANCE

Call Center is one of the industries in the Philippines that offers huge and massive opportunities to every Filipino. I was looking for a job a year ago and call center was the industry that I really want to explore. I applied in Teleperformance . When I applied there I asked the receptionist who was also one of the HR about the application process. She gave me instructions. First, I gave my resume to her and she gave me a form to be filled up. After that, she told me that my exam will start at 10:30 am. That was 9 o'clock so I took a break because I hadn't eaten my breakfast yet. At 10:25 I went back to the recruitment area. It was 10:30 when one of the HR told us that we should go to the testing room to take the exam and one of the person there started calling names. The test administrator gave us some instructions and we begun to take the exam. The test was compose of GRAMMAR TEST, READING COMPREHENSION TEST and COMPUTER TEST. Luckily, I passed it. The next step in the process was the INTERNET BROWSING. Questions were given and all you need to do is to search for the answers using your preferred search engine. You can choose among Google, Yahoo or MSN. I had passed that kind of test and move on to the next step which is the INITIAL INTERVIEW. There were four of us who had been interviewed. The interviewer asked me about job related questions or let's say FAQ's for interviews, I spend a lot of time preparing for this part of application a week before I applied, again, I passed this test. Out of four applicants two of us passed the Initial Interview.The next step was the FINAL INTERVIEW, just like the Initial Interview they just asked some questions related to the job and qualities that you have which you can contribute to the company.
